The staff here are friendly, and they offer a great selection of breakfast items.

It was a modest and comfortable hotel, nothing too much trouble, would be happy to recommend. The venue was fairly clean, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Rooms were spacious. There were multi-channel TV and an iron if needed.

We had a romantic escape and loved the traditional Mexican decor of this hotel. The pool was terrific and provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with Ignacio at the restaurant being a standout. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again someday.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks. The amenities were quite scarce, with only two small bath towels provided for three guests.

For instance, there were not enough bath towels provided for the number of guests, and they were incredibly small. Additionally, there were no thicker bed sheets or blankets available, making for a cold night's sleep.

my recent weekend trip to oaxtepec was even better than my previous stay! the traditional mexican decor, amazing pool, and friendly staff made it a little haven. Ignacio at the restaurant was a class act, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. can't wait to visit them again someday.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were clean rooms, fantastic hotel facilities including a wonderful pool, convenient parking, and helpful staff who were both polite and knowledgeable. Breakfast was excellent and there were efficient transportation options nearby. This city is beautiful and the location was perfect for exploring.

Everything is what we need and want.
